What is it about Red Wine that is beneficial to the heart ?
Is White Wine less healthy?
There is a granual, earthy taste to red wine, that upon initial impression would lead me to believe it is healthier in comparison to white wines sweeter and sometimes oily feel.

I know there is cabernet sauvigon, grenache, lambrusco, merlot, pinot noir, rose, shiraz etc. I tried shiraz cabernet fromm banrock and I hated it
