I have no red wine vinegar, but I have white distilled vinegar and I have a bottle of red wine. Anyway I can mix the two and approximate the taste of red wine vinegar?

My wife’s doctor told her that a glass of red wine after dinner before going to bed would be good for her to drink that the wine would help her to relax. We both have stressful jobs, it is hard to unwind at night and I wouldn’t mind trying some too. We bought a bottle of red wine, the name on the bottle is “Cavit” and the label also says “Pinot Noir”. SO i have few questions about wine please answer ones you know for sure

1)Why when i buy red wine in the bottles it cost a lot even cheapest wine still cost a lot compare to cask wine’s for example cheapest bottle of red wine cost around $ 10 dollars(750 ml) and cask wine most expensive cask wine from my local supermarkets cost $ 24 dollars (3 L) and other cask wine little bit cheaper but 24 one is the best one and still cheaper then cheapest bottle one, so does this means cask wines not good? or? whats the difference then?

2)Is it true then more people drinking wine then more they like dry ones over sweet ones or is it just matter of taste?

3)How long can i keep my cask of wine opened which is 3 L one i mean i’m drinking it sometime like 3 or 4 times a week but 3 L is to much for me to finish in one week or two so what is the maximum time that i can keep it in my room till it goes bad 2 weeks 3 maybe ? more?

4)How to know which year is my cask wine it doesn’t says on the box like the bottle does why is that and how to tell it’s 3 L cask

5)How to tell if wine is premium or what i mean good maybe or not really how to tell the quality of it except the price of course

I don’t buy it that often because I only drink a tiny bit a day to keep my heart healthy, it works too.
