I want to get my parents a bottle of red wine for christmas. I want to get them something decent because when they buy wine for themselves, they don’t go cheap necessarily and they are critical of wines. So, I guess I’m willing to spend around , but I need some suggestions.

It will have to be common enough to be in my local liquor store. It’s a big liquor store–like a small grocery store, except it’s all alcoholic beverages.

Otherwise, I was just going to ask the attendant for suggestions.

I bought a bottle of red wine tonight, and intend on drinking the bottle.
I just fancy on getting a bit drunk, relaxing and listening to some music, but I feel really sad and like some sort of alcoholic drinking alone.

I wanted to know how can I tell what is a decent bottle of red wine to buy and what type or brand should I not buy. I’m not speaking on a very expensive bottle, a decent bottle that I can drink when watching a movie at home.

i want to try and get drunk so i bought 2 bottle of red wine, had one glass and was torture to drink, woke up with stomach ache, never drinking it again

my flatmate had her friends to stay and the couple that stopped, boyfriend and girlfriend they came back early from the club without my flatmate they were stopping on a pull out bed and for about an hour i could hear them having sex. On our joint pull out futon bed in the living room.

Also her other friend came back and opened a bottle of red wine i was given as a present?

Can anyone advice me a reasonable bottle of red wine under to buy. I am not a big wine drinker but occasionally my husband likes to have a sip. He likes merlot and sometimes a cabernet.

We live in IL.

Don’t really know anything about wine, but I want to try some. I have tried some red wine that I kind of like they are more fruity. Last time I bought a bottle of red wine, but it tasted horrible…at least to me it was…so any good suggestion.
